at second: i think there are several worker-skins out there. just look throu the sites of the unit graphics-forum.

Well, I don't know what problem you have with the search engine. I just searched for "worker" and this came up right away. It is workers with denim overalls. I think it is just what you're looking for:

A big prob is that it doesn't show for which civ the stuff is. Thats really annoying.
