Nop interface options on main screen

Wheres all my science slider, the English flag and the usual options on top of the map!!

Running v6.3 vista BTS 3.19.

Have I missed something simple?

Sorted. Kossin found me the solution.

Just go in C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\GEM*

*or whatever the mod name is

then open the .ini file and look for this:

; Custom XML and Python from user folder are not loaded
NoCustomAssets = 0

Change the 0 to 1, save. Play.
