[NOT A BUG] Circus happ. bonus doesn't work

Circus Happines bonus doesn't work for me. see save file. I have 4 Coloseums and 1 Circus but I have only 16 bonus Happines from buildings (from Coloseums). Circus is in Busra city. Is only my problem?

Sorry, my mistake. I forgot that coloseum doesn't provide more happiness like is city size. So when I have Colosuem and circus in city with size 4, happiness from these building is only 4 (2 from circus + 2 from coloseum). (5 on 5 city size, 6 on 6 city size)

I really need that happiness, too!
