[1.0.12.9] On the next turn of the attached save, I build a galley, my first seafaring unit, which *should* give me +2 Era Score for the major historic moment "On the Waves".
But I don't.
In the past, I've always gotten this, so I don't understand what's different.
It's the Medieval Era, but the Civilopedia doesn't list a max Era for this historic moment (in contrast to Tribal Village Contacted).
I also fulfill a city-state quest for building a galley, but that's not interfering, for if I go to war with Singapore first, I still don't get the +2 Era Score.
Yes, the galley is built on a land-locked sea, but the next turn I build one on the outer ocean, so that's not the cause either.
P.S. As you can see from the saved game, I'm only a couple turns away from the end of the Era, and need that +2 to get a Golden Age.
