Not seeing Babylon even though I pre-ordered through steam

Please help I want to play what I paid for ....

There was a 1GB update at launch that delivered all the deluxe content. Did you let steam update your game?

If you didnt preorder the deluxe edition, you dont have Babylon. 1Gb was the deluxe content (ost, behind the scenes and babylon civ)

I guess I didn't make it clear that I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition.

Initially I cancelled the extra download since I had to leave for work and wanted to get in a few turns, now there is no option to download anything else. So this is probably a first run bug here.

I don't know if this works since I didn't get the Digital Deluxe but I assume it works like other Steam DLC.

Tell me if this works:

Right-click the Civilization V icon in Steam, click Properties I believe. Go to the last tab I think that is called DLC or something. It should list the Digital Deluxe stuff there and allow you to re-initiate the download.
