Not Sure where to put this - mod causing City Capture Bug

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. I have the latest version of Civilization 6 and do play with several mods. One mod is causing a ridiculous city capture (for example, a regular archer caused 200 damage to the walls of Armagh with no promotions; I also had a warrior from another civilization that took 75 damage capture a city with a pitati archer in it with one hit). I have been trying to eliminate mods but unable to figure out the culprit. Anyone else had this?
