To be fair, Winston Hughs seems to be doing the bare minimum of posting (and voting all items to himself) as well as Vandal Warlord.

I had little time to read it and even less time to understand the consequences of its contents being true. And, to be honest, I doubted his claim so much that I was in no hurry to recall my vote. In hindsight that procrastination was a mistake but not a mistake that others would not have commited.

As for who is acting most suspicious, I'd say it's Catharsis. Paranoia is nothing unusual in a Security Officer, but, if you ask me, he's overplaying it.
