November Folly

Ok, I don't understand what happened... you reload 1680 BC but the turn is already finished and I didn't have time to make my turn, and it is now 1640 BC.

So I think we should reload again and perhaps let enough time to play to everybody, no ? :p

That is what i suggested. How come you didn't manage to find turn in the 15 hrs the turn was up though? It is now 18 hrs since he loaded it again.

The part about reloading while phabuk was online was only because he didn't manage to take his turn in the 15 hrs remaining on the clock and it would be silly if it happened again...

Ahh..I see...Phobuk..DO NOT LOG IN, or you will overwrite the latest save. I will reload. I think it is appropriate to reload because I screwed up the first load and could not fix it and that may have confused people. I will be able to reload in about an hour or so.

ok be sure there is enough time because I won't be able to play till tommorrow... I 've got to leave now.

he said he would be back in an hour 70 min ago though, can't you just wait for that?

Turn flipped.

3 days to take a turn  . At least we get to war now :ar15: :assimilate: :egypt:

Since phabuk didn't take his turn within first 12 hrs i took my turn. Assuming he takes his turn before the end of the turn i will be first in the turn order(so the real order will be mikeyia me phabuk. If he doesn't we'll continue as we have done up til now.

Yeah, last night I checked up on the rules to see what the hour limit was set at. For those who have not been affected by war (and turn order), it basically means that the turn order is thrown out the window 12 hours after the start of the turn. It appears that Oyzar has waited ~14 hours of real time (according to CivStats), so that is appropriate. I think the twelve hours should be based on CivStats, since if is difficult to track, otherwise.

I will agree with Oyzar, also, that if Phabuk does move before this turn expires, then the turn order is 'permanently' altered. If Phabuk does not move, then Oyzar must give him at least another 12 hours (I think that is what you are saying) before he moves.

Yeah thats it. On another note Heinz Guderian was the first victim of battle(and the only one on the egyptian side) this turn. He did his job though, and the city held(for now). Don't you just love the fact that the attached GG's always die fast in battle..

barbs don't give gg points. If they did i would have had 2-3 gg's already...(of course i will get my 2nd gg soon enough anyways..).

Okay, then I probably got zero :D.

It would be kinda nice if GGs had a survival percentage associated with them (I think HoI has something like that) so that you would not always lose them, especially if the whole stack did not die.

Random events are turned off so doubt that is possible :p.
