NukaNESIOT-From Sea to Shining Sea

I would need until tomorrow aswell if that's possible because I haven't had the time to finish them up just yet.

Sure, we can have an extension. Remember, we are sending orders for spring. Please try to have all orders in by 12 PM PST :)

Humm. I suppose this is my mistake. The first turn was supposed to be the "Introduction phase", and my marks were going to be December 21st to March 21st. I see now that doesn't really make as much sense though.

Going forward, we will assume Jan->March is Winter, April->June is Spring, July->September is Summer, and October->December is Fall.

Please send orders for the Spring season.

Incredibly sorry for the confusion. I'm going to give a further extension to 6 PM PST Sunday for orders. Please let me know if this is not adequate time, and I am more than willing to extend it.

Also because someone asked: You can spend supplies the turn you acquire them.

I'll be dropping because I think I signed up for one too many games than I have time for. Newbie mistake, sorry about that (and for asking for the extension and then dropping).

The Republic of California formally requests its incorporation to the American Republic under the Provisional government in Milwaukee.

The Provisional Republic of America acknowledges the request and will be proceeding with negotiations.

Stories From A Nation At War

The flame of the candle flickered in the wind, caught in a mortal decision. The Peter and Paul Fortress, even in Spring, was a cold and dry place, and a harsh wind would assail the candle from time to time. It would seem to be on the cusp of extinguishing, of giving up on its life, before, at the last minute, standing up once more. But why? Did it seek to survive long enough to complete the task at hand? Was a lifetime of abuse better than an alternative to death? Anne of course would chide her. She could already hear her words Charlotte, candles can’t think or feel...at all. Charlotte nearly hinted a smile as she imagined the way Anne would cock her head to the side, and turn up her nose as she launched into her chiding.

These days though, it’d be unlikely that Anne would do more than give a passing, empty glance, and then return to looking out the window. She would not read what scarce bits of literature their jailers would provide, nor would she talk when anyone tried to engage with her. Not even Mama. She barely even ate anymore, barely touching what their jailers considered meals.

They hadn’t even seen Sophia in weeks. She had been quarantined in a different part of the fortress after she attempted to escape. The Republican Colonel here told them that she had suffered injuries, and had fallen ill. He said it with a stony face, one where Charlotte could not tell if he was telling the truth or lying.

The mood was growing darker and colder each day. Less and less courtesy each day. Privileges revoked. At this point, only the Colonel said more than a word to any of them. The rest of the guards simply uttered one word commands. She had not seen Papa for nearly a year now, and had no idea if he was alive. Mama was taken nearly three weeks ago. Charlotte suppressed her tears though. She needed to stay strong. The situation is desperate, but she hardened her resolve. She was the heiress to a lineage stretching back to Washington himself, and her grandfather was the man who defied centuries of division to unite the German people. She would be strong. She had to.

To save her family.

Dear President Wall,

The candle flickered once more, but its flame continued to burn. She and the candle both would accept the constant abuse. They had little choice. But at the very least, now offered an opportunity. The guards, and even the Colonel, were becoming more and more nervous. Charlotte had not seen a newspaper since her imprisonment, but the rumors spread through the fortress. The German Army had landed, and they had a single-minded drive. They would not allow for princesses of the Kaiser’s blood to languish in such a prison. For the republicans, this created fear.

I hope this letter finds you and your family in good health

For Charlotte Washington, former Princess of the American Empire, this created hope.

As you are no doubt infinitely more informed than I, the armies of my grandfather, the German Kaiser, have arrived on your shores

And even as she put her pen to the paper, she could feel it was wrong. It was treason.

Though you have at your service much of the former army of the American Empire, large swathes of this country has renounced you for one reason or another.

But she had to….

You have no friends, no allies, and each day the German Army comes closer and closer

It was a base betrayal of her ideals….

Your republic is at the brink, much as the monarchy was but only a few years before.

But she had to.

You need a friend.

A betrayal of her family…

You need an ally

But she had to….

If you wish to preserve everything you have gained in these past years, I give you a chance: make me your ally.

It was a betrayal…

Make me….your Queen

of her father….

I do not ask for the powers of the Emperors of old. I understand and accept your constitution, and would abide by it. I would accept your democratic institutions would be the primary decision maker of the new Empire, and would accept your duly elected officials. I would even accept my father’s renunciation of his throne.

In exchange, I would require the privileges that befits my rank, and would demand the immediate release of my mother, my father, my sisters, and any other member of the Imperial family you hold in your custody.

I will let you know that what you and your revolutionaries did was despicable. But I still love this country, And though its people may not love my father, my family has acted as a shield for the bodies, hearts, and minds of the American people for generations, and it is a duty I cannot ignore. I can accept that my father will never be returned to his throne, and so, as his eldest daughter and heiress, I petition that his crown pass to myself. Do this, and I believe we can save this country, in spite of any personal disagreements between us.

I await your reply.

Yours,

Charlotte

As she read over the letter she heard a knock at the door. “I’m coming in!” shouted the Colonel, and with this, four guards, guns raised, entered the room. Charlotte stepped back, and wanted to scream. At least one of the guards wanted to shoot. But the Colonel stepped forward.

The Colonel nodded to her “Pack things. You’re leaving.”

Charlotte trembled, clutching her chair. “Where am I going?”

“Somewhere.”

“Are my sisters coming? Is that where my mother is?”

“I don’t know. And I don’t know. Now, pack things.”

Grabbing what little she had, Charlotte hoped one of the guards would at least have the courtesy to grab her bag, but no such gesture was coming. She handed the Colonel a letter, and his eyes gave her a look of curiosity and contempt...and fear?
Charlotte cleared her throat “This is a letter. To President Wall. Please be sure he gets this.”

The Colonel nodded “I will give to my supervisor. Train. Five minutes. Go now”

A guard pressed the butt of his rifle to her back. She stumbled forward, but did not fall. Shaking her head, the guards continued to prod her outside the fortress. She barely even noticed as they forced her onto the train car. The car was bare of anything but a bit of straw for a bed. At this point though, she barely even cared. They must be moving her for some reason. A bad reason for them. Charlotte smiled, dreaming of Wall begging her to take the throne….And then the Colonel and his guards could have a taste of their own medicine.

And this time, the threat of a smile actually came true.

The Midwest

An eerie silence has fallen on the main front between the two titans of the continent. With both the Provisionalists and the Majorities having seen their strength evaporate at Chicago and the rise of new groups at their borders, both sides seem to have put their conflict on temporary hold.

For their part, the Provisionalists, tired of constantly being outnumbered, pushed through a major recruitment drive, designed to at last meet the Majorities on even terms. Over 200,000 men have been brought into service, each with varying degrees of enthusiasm. The actions have caused a hiccup to local economies, but the Provisionalist government has declared that any and every action must be taken to stamp out this menace. Perhaps no greater symbol exists to this determination than the Chicago Defensive Line and the Milwaukee Gun Works. Though the natural terrain is not exactly the most defensible, the fortifications of the Provisionalist government are truly considerable. And perhaps the most defended point on this continent, if not the world, is Milwaukee. Determined to make the city a fortress, construction has been going on at a frenzied pace, with fort after fort being raised. They and the railroad construction workers seem to be the only men spared from the draft, though women have been able to pick up the factory and farm jobs needed to support the war effort.

A brief scare did occur in the early part of the year due to an attack from Winnipeg. The 3rd Irish Legion, seeking to free the Emperor and his children, launched a frenzied assault into Minnesota, but were quickly checked by overwhelming Provisionalist numbers. For their part, the Provisionalists seem unwilling to begin a counter attack against the well-armed and fiercely determined Irishmen. However, the success of the attack has caused the Imperial Family to be moved to a new, undisclosed location.

The Majorities, already with a massive army due to both their widespread support and control of the most populous regions of the former American Empire, looked to improve their internal situation. The Germans, furious at the British presence in North America, has dispatched men of good repute to train the Second Continental Army, which would later perform admirably in the second half of the New York Campaign. For its internal matters, the Majorities were determined to remake American society, and focused their platform on Liberty, Land, and Labor, measures aimed at winning over the support of the rural peasantry, the urban workers, and the educated middle class. The first two have responded very well to the Majorite proposals, though the third seems to still lean in favor of the Provisionalists. However, with the rise of the fervent Secret Service, those who still disagree with the Majorities are quickly declared reactionary and dealt with accordingly. These new brigades, with the prominent “SS” armbands displayed, have become a symbol of fear for those who still oppose the Majorites, and many have learned to not say what they think as openly as they once did. And though some members of the Worker’s Councils are concerned about these moves, the Majorite leadership will let nothing stand in the way of the new American Dream.

The Northeast

Under significant pressure from both their French allies, the local population, and even their own forces on the ground, the British government recognized “Le Royaume Unis de Quebec, Mohawk, et Manniwaki” as the rightful government of Quebec. The possibility of local assistance, especially in light over the growing German influence over the Majorities, was too tempting to pass up. A scion of the Washington and French royal family, Fabienne de Virginie was crowned Queen over this new nation, though its parliament and military commanders were the real powers of the new nation. As a part of a grand bargain between the two, the Quebecois would gain political control over the city, though the British would retain a significant military presence. In return for this concession, Quebecois supply lines would be open to the British, particularly to resupply the Belgian forces in Albany, and Quebecois troops would also be brought to help fight the Majoritie forces. All things considered, the British have seen a bump of popularity in Quebec, as their soldiers are now more likely to catch a venereal disease rather than a bullet (in Quebec at least), and with Quebecois soldiers arriving in upper New York, it seems they will soon be able to prove their mettle.

For the people of Columbia, the scandal to talk about was that of the British arrival in the city. An interesting but impossible guessing game would be trying to figure out who was more uncomfortable with the arrangement: the people of Boston or the British themselves. As a long time fishing town, some of the old timers were furious about the return of those who had seized their cargo. Others had lost sons fighting the British, and no doubt on the other side the British had friends lost to American bullets. It seemed the docks were constantly shifting between a mood of peace or rioting. Agitators for Columbia argued that with Cape Cod simply an extension of the Majorities, the lesser evil must be chosen. Others, including the sizable Irish population of the town, declared that there was no greater enemy than the British, and if the Columbians wouldn’t kick them out, then the Majorities would. For now though, the British have not left the dock area, unwilling to potentially fall victim to a back-alley attack. And perhaps that is better for everyone.

The opening of supply lines from Quebec would most certainly be a blessing for the Belgian Expeditionary Corps (CEB), though for his part, General Lacroix was not as convinced. Unwilling to rely on the fickleness of the Americans, Lacroix determined that only a push for the sea and resupply by the British Navy was the only long term solution to the Belgians, and what better port than the one the British had initially chosen?

It was a bold plan. Using the Catskill Mountains and the Hudson River as natural deterrents to partisans, Lacroix intended to march straight through the valley, determined to make it a contest of who brought more guns to the fray. The Majorities for their part preferred to plan a defense in depth, and the Belgians met their first resistance at Poughkeepsie. The Belgians had artillery superiority and the Majoritie commanders detcided to fight a pitched battle, which ended disastrously for the Majorities. It would not be until the siege at West Point that the Majorities held off the Belgians. The mosquitoes, the humidity and the mass of bodies the Majorities would delay the Belgians for nearly two weeks on their march. Though the Belgians eventually triumphed, the Majorities chose to use the delay to construct trench lines and earthworks to bloody the Belgian advance. It would cause a fierce battle to take place at Stony Point, where the Majoritie trenches help repel the Belgians twice. It took a surprise attack through the Harriman forest, with Belgian armor emerging to outflank the Majorities for the Belgians to finally overrun the town.

Though the Belgians had suffered in their advance, General Lacroix determined to press on, believing that the Majorities were in disarray. It would be at Englewood that the Majorities were able to at last allow for their numbers to truly be brought to the field. No longer being constrained by a tight front, Majoritie forces were able to flank the Belgians with ease, and were even able to destroy some of the Belgian armor. The Belgians were forced back, regrouping near Stony Point to lick their wounds, and at this the advance was ended. Though the advance on New York City ultimately failed, the Belgians remain in high spirits, as British supplies have once again flowed to their lines. For their part, the Majoritie commanders learned quickly from both battles and their German advisors and not only about tactics. The ability to conduct a more orderly retreat, basic weapon maintenance, digging in; all things the Majorities will need if they intend to win the war. And with a group of new officers emerging from German training in Pennsylvania, the Majorities look to become more dangerous than they already are.

Perhaps some of the most vicious fighting throughout the world would take place in Ontario. It was near a guarantee that the Niagaran Workers and Ontarian Republicans would come to blows, and they did so near immediately. The Ontarians struck quickly, sending two columns at the Niagrans; one to Talbot (London), and the second to St. Catharines. The drive to Talbot was a surprising success, even to the Ontarians themselves, and the Niagaran workers were caught completely off guard. The Ontarians determined to push on to Chatham, and with the fall of Port Stanley, the Niagaran Workers Republic was split in half. Though the Workers had fought bravely, and even given the Ontarians a bloody nose at Hamilton, the situation had become unbearable. The Anarchists were voted out of the Worker’s Council, and were replaced with proponents of Majorite Leftism. With the relative calmness on the front with the Provisionalists, the Majorities poured troops into Ontario, and not only stymied the Ontarian advance, but even pushed them back to the point where Talbot was in danger of being a frontline once more. The Ontarians, desperate to at the least push them off the Eastern Peninsula, launched a full on assault upon the trench lines at St Catharines, but not even local knowledge could outweigh the extremely defendable nature of St Catharines. The Niagarans, cut off from the west, could only deploy their new artillery in the east, and though the Ontarians fought well, Niagaran numbers were simply too much for the Ontarians to overcome. And now, the Workers, having at last tasted victory, are eager to begin a counter-attack.

The South

The South, long known as both the bastion of the nobility, and as an example of the cruelty of man, saw perhaps some of the most intense fighting of the Spring. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the nature of the factions that have been taking power in the region.

With many of the factions of the South determining to keep slavery intact, the struggle of the Dark Knights became that much more vital. As the only group in the region that actually ended slavery, the Dark Knights saw support not only from the brothers that they liberated, but also a considerable contingent of more tolerant whites. Of special note were the more Anarchist leaning fighters, who saw the group as a much more preferable alternative than the Majorities.

However, their mettle was quickly put to the test, and the Union of the American People declared a march on Montgomery, intending to reconquer and re enslave the people who had broken free of their chains. The Union’s commander had hoped to force a pitched battle, but would have no such luck. Instead, the Dark Knights prefered a strategy where they vanished right when the Union attacked, and would reappear right as they left. It has made the supplying of the newly taken Montgomery to be a chore, and for the most part the factories remain empty, and the Dark Knights have temporarily relocated to Selma, as they continue to coordinate both resistance, but also instigating slave revolts within the Union’s territory.

(UAP: -2 Infantry Brigades, -Support, +6 Supplies)

The Union did have a bit more success a bit to the Northwest, as the German Army began an advance towards Missouri. The UAP acted as a facilitator for German troops to advance, facilitating supply lines, and would occupy the towns that the Germans cleared through. For the most part, this has enhanced the UAP’s position at very little cost, and considering the almost non-existent African population in the region, it has not been too much of a burden to police.

(German Expeditionary Force: -1 Infantry Brigade)

Though committed to the cause of Republicanism, Dickie Robinson and his Band of Adventurers, Ne’er do wells, and Other Men of Ill-Repute determined that the continued existence of slavery, especially so close to their borders, could not be ignored. The German presence in Atlanta has prevented them from attacking the city so far, but their raids have become more and more devastating as the weeks go by, and the Germans have been finding it more difficult to move supplies through the Union. Perhaps most crushing has been the derailment of a train intended for Atlanta from Charleston that caused a significant loss of supplies. Though Missouri would soon be within striking distance, General Ludendorff has made preparations for a Summer Offensive to end this upstart once and for all.

(German Expeditionary Force: -12 Supplies)

In the Arkansas Military District, two of the Empire’s great military commanders, Generals Roosevelt and McArthur agreed to cooperate with one another. Perhaps believing that Emperor William and his progeny would never ascend to the throne, or perhaps not caring, Robert Wilson Roosevelt declared himself to be the Emperor, and General McArthur has put his men to backing that declaration. Abandoning the fringes of occupied Louisiana, McArthur determined to move his own troops north, while Roosevelt himself prepared for an invasion of Sequoyah and tried buying the loyalty of the people under his regime. For their part, the Sequoyahans were determined to defend their territory, and have prepared defenses, though the flat nature of the Great Plains could make it easy to bypass.

(State of America: -1 Infantry Brigade)
American Legion: +Support)

Perhaps one of the most confusing of battlefields was that of the Texas region. With seven factions all within close proximity, the people of Texas braced themselves for what promised to be a brutal conflict. Almost immediately, The Red Rio marched for the liberation of San Antonio, but the President of Texas, fearing this exact move, ordered the Texas Rangers to ride and ride hard before the Leftists could arrive. Harassed by Texan cavalry on their march, Red Rio arrived several hours after the Texans had taken control of the city, and were repulsed in a short pitched battle.

However, this was not to be the end of Red Rio’s action in the region. Unable to take action directly, Red Rio instigators went behind enemy lines to instigate the organization and rising of the Latino and African field workers. The Texans have been able to move a bit of artillery into the region, and are confident about their chances, though the President is still holding a significant number of his troops in reserve, concerned about attacks not just towards San Antonio, but also those towards Houston, eyeing warily the Rooseveltian Emperor.

The West

The Pacific Region was abuzz with activity, which came as no surprise. After all, there were no less than three major expeditionary forces landing on the western shores of America.

Perhaps the most tame of these expeditions was that of the Russians, who merely sought to consolidate the northernmost boundaries of the American Empire. President Kerensky has famously declared he sought “No enemies to the left”, but it seems that he has not decided whether it would be the Majorities or the Provisionalists who would receive Russia’s full backing. Realpolitik perhaps won the day with the backing of both sides in an effort to tire the British and the Germans. For his part, Governor-General Zelnorowic keeps his forces well-preserved, though many of his subordinates nervously eye the new fortifications at Vancouver; an assault there may incur some significant casualties.

The Provisionalists for their part were not content on solely playing on the defensive. Across the Columbia River, the Pacific Free Territory had been building up its strength. Many nearby towns were drawn into the movement, its peasants and workers taking up the calls of the Left. The factories produced artillery pieces, its workers in a frenzy they had never experienced. When they finished their day’s shift, many volunteers helped dig trenches and set up firing positions, and taunts were thrown at the “Provo scum”, daring them to try crossing the river.

The Provisionalists did not seem to be in a favorable situation. Not only were the PFT forces were clearly uninterested in attacking, they outnumbered him, in regards to both big guns and men. However, General Walker had his orders, and with the approval of the army engineers, he ordered the assault to begin on April 23rd at 05:00

Under the cover of fog, the Provisionalists attacked. Three parties had set up, one at Lady Island, one at Hayden Island, and one at Imperial Island, each trying to probe where the PFT was weakest. The PFT focused their efforts at repulsing the force at Hayden island, and General Walker used that force as a diversion while he landed most of his forces slightly to the east of the city and brought his own big guns forward. By the time he had brought his armor across the river though, the PFT had become wise to his ploy and had diverted their guns. By 11:00 the fog had for the most part cleared, but the PFT leadership ordered a complete retreat. The Provisionalist artillery, though fewer in number, had crews that were much more familiar with the guns. They were throwing up more shells faster, and were far more accurate than their Leftist counterparts. In order to save what assets they still had, Makhno ordered a complete and total retreat. For his part, General Walker had little desire to fight his way through the city to stop said retreat, considering the likely heavy casualties he would incur. He knew the campaign in Oregon would be a slow, painful progress. Instead, he played a cautious game, and as the PFT withdrew, his own men advanced.

Of course, that was easier said than done. Improvised explosives inside the city probably caused more casualties than the PFT artillery, and there were of course, still hold outs. Still, after a day or two of sporadic fighting, the city was under the control of the Provisional Republic.

The PFT had hoped to regroup in Northern California, but as the Provisionalist’s appeared as a hammer, the Japanese became an anvil. With rumors of a potential political deal between the Japanese and the Provisionalists, the Japanese priority became to push north. With the Bear Flag Army distracted by matters in the south, the Japanese advance was rapid. The PFT was actually able to inflict some casualties against the Japanese, and local guerilla movements did even more, particularly at Redding. By June, the Japanese advance had achieved its goal of linking up with the Provisionalists, and diplomacy has begun in earnest. With the British being, at best, a hostile co-belligerent, the Provisionalist government is eagerly looking for new friends, though there could be some question marks regarding accepting Japanese aid. For their part, Tokyo is unsure on how they want to proceed, but for now the mood is positive between the two. Of course though, the threat of the PFT does remain, and each day these leftists grow more and more dangerous. Artillery drills and training every day has significantly improved the speed and accuracy of their gunners, and now Makhno is hungry for revenge…

Wherever the ever victorious Qing armies go, shortly behind is the relentless Qing bureaucracy will follow. Facilitating its control over Southern California, the Qing bureaucrats quickly went to work, starting the painstaking task of registering the black and latino residents of the region. Though hesitant, these peoples complied with the authorities, only to see themselves slowly abducted, to be slaving on the farms and factories of the regions.

The Qing tried to take a softer approach to the white populations, for the most part leaving them alone, though this did not earn them any respect from white-dominated factions. The 10th Legion under Edward Swallow sought to check the Qing advance and a pitched battle was fought near Hollville. Though the 10th fought well, their campaign was ended prematurely when the Apache attacked in the east, and they were forced to withdraw, leaving the Qing in possession of the burning wreckage.

Even the neutral towns initially sought to resist the Qing. In particular, the militia at Lenwood forced an entire battalion to divert to the town, and upon its capture, the Qing massacred the survivors to a man. This scene was repeated a few more times across various towns, and now, anyone who can walk is moving east or north. Most of the remaining towns have surrendered now when the Qing armies approach, and the whites have been cowed into submission, but their reputation has attracted the Bear Flag Army south, seeking to end the seemingly more dangerous Yellow Menace.

General Swallow had not actually anticipated a fight from the Apache. His own father, General Montavious Swallow, had been the conquering hero of the Apache Wars, and Edward presumed that the Apache would be able to be easily repulsed by a small contingent. However, the Apache struck hard and quick, burning the Fort Mohave and capturing Lake Havasu City. The 10th Legion has been forced into a retreat, and with dissatisfaction on both fronts, General Swallow has ordered a consolidation around Yuma and the corridor to the sea as he contemplates his next move. For their part, the Apache Nation has quickly established itself as the dominant polity of the region, and recruits are eager and ready to join in the war against Swallow’s legionnaires.

Great update.

Nice update, Nuka!

The Great Washington's birthday is a most appropriate occasion for us to talk with each other about things as they are today and things as we know they shall be in the future.

For eight years, Emperor Washington and his Continental Army were faced continually with formidable odds and recurring defeats. Supplies and equipment were lacking. In a sense, every winter was a Valley Forge. Throughout the thirteen states there existed fifth columnists - and selfish men, jealous men, fearful men, who proclaimed that Washington's cause was hopeless, and that he should ask for a negotiated peace.

Washington's conduct in those hard times has provided the model for all Americans ever since- a model of moral stamina. He held to his course, as it had been charted in the Declaration of Independence. He and the brave men who served with him knew that no man's life or fortune was secure, without freedom and free institutions.

The present great struggle has taught us increasingly that the security of property anywhere in the world depend upon the security of the rights and obligations of a strong and orderly government.

This war is a new kind of war. It is different from all other wars of the past, not only in its methods and weapons but also in the races involved in the fighting. It is warfare in which the other races are attacking this great nation.

We must all understand and face the hard fact that our job now is to fight a war against all the other races in defense of the WHITE RACE.

We fight against great odds. There are a billion dirty Chinamen, two hundred million fanatical Nips, a hundred million stupid Negroes, five hundred million dirty Slavs, and umpteen numbers of white race traitors. Until our flow of supplies gives us clear superiority we must keep on striking our enemies wherever and whenever we can meet them, even if, for a while, we have to yield ground. Actually, though, we are taking a heavy toll of the enemy every day that goes by.

The object of the Chinamen, the Nip, the Slav, the Negro and the race traitor is to divide the United States, to keep the white race weak in order that they might sate their sexual appetites on our WHITE WOMEN.

I ask that all white men remember this: the cries of the white women at Lenwod as the Chinamen raped them over the bodies of their husbands, brothers, fathers, sons. Today you will hear from one such near victim who through God's providence managed to hide herself from the Chinamen but saw with her own eyes the rape, torture and execution of her elderly grandmother, mother, and younger sister, a girl of only five years!

I also demand that all white men remember this: the tortures which this brave women suffered at the hands of the so called Black Knights during her months of captivity...

Yours from Free Atlanta...

Qing Officials:

8kiAl51.jpg

- Generalissimo Duan Qirui

With military studies in Beijing and abroad, Duan Qirui is the best Chinese general of his age. After the 1898 Coup of the Guangxu Emperor, he was put in charge of the Chinese military and of regrouping it into a formidable military force. When the Qing forces landed in America, they were a disciplined and well trained army thanks to the training and leadership of Duan Qirui. Now, the Generalissimo hopes to make America a Chinese colony and restore the pride of a wounded nation. He believes in the doctrine of psychological warfare: massacre all those who resist, so the resistance will stop due to fear. So, his troops have committed countless massacres and are willing to destroy entire cities if needed.

pu1vHLv.jpg

- James Fox, Secretary of Generalissimo Duan Qirui

Before the Qing invasion, James Fox was just a rich merchant. After the Qing invasion, however, he was the first to greet the Chinese and collaborate with them. Since then, the Qing propaganda has spared no effort to present him in the public as an example of how collaborators can become rich and successful. He was made Secretary of the Generalissimo Duan Qirui and he is the man managing the "Slave Camps" where Latinos and Blacks work to death. He had proposed to the Qing the 'Plan C' according to which the Black and Latinos would become a slave caste which would serve the Chinese and White superior races. He is also managing the recruitment of collaborators. Due to his collaboration, he has been the victim of several assassination attempts but all of them failed.

42gMHp1.jpg

- Huang Ming, Minister of Colonization

Although Huang Ming is officially Minister of Colonization and responsible for the future colonization of the conquered areas by Chinese, in fact he is the effective administrator of the conquered areas, along with James Fox. He is brutal and effective in registering Blacks and Latinos and sending them to slave camps while he roots out violently cores of resistance. He has also taken part in the Massacre of Lenwood: he searched in the Mayor's office for accounts about the citizens in order to register them and so make sure that all were exterminated and that those who were hiding could be found and be exterminated. His friends say that he has an almost industrial perception of conducting massacres.

The attacks by the Majorities and the Provisionals against this great country are the climax of a hundred years of ideological perversion.

The other races and their allies, liberal and red, have banded together to make war upon the white race. Their challenge has now been flung before all white men. The liberals and the reds have violated this countries most sacred principle - white supremacy - and have allied themselves with the other races against white America.

We the white men of the United States must accept this challenge.

Together we whites are now fighting to maintain our right to live in this world in freedom and in common decency, without fear of assault and rape at the hands of the Negro, the Jew, the Slav, the Traitor, the Chinaman, the Nip.

No white American looking back on this moment a thousand years hence will feel anything but pride in the patience and forbearance of our people towards the Negro who has so treacherously and viciously turned against us.

No white American looking back on this moment a thousand years hence will feel anything but pride in decency with which we shielded the Chinamen from European dominion before they invaded our country, raped our women, killed our men and burned our towns.

No white American looking back on this moment a thousand years hence will feel anything but pride in our opening the Nips to the modernity before they turned against us too.

And so on.

Our forbearance. Our patience. Our regard for the other races. And all for what?

Horror. Indignation. Division.

I say, that the course these foreign races have followed in the United States has no parallel in history for its depravity or wickedness. This war is, in short, a fight to the death for the white race. It is a fight from which we must not shirk or offer quarter. We must drive the foreign races out, to a man...

As to the liberal and the red, well, they are white men in name only. The reds and the liberals profess the equality of the races which is all well and good for a northerner to do, but do they have to live with the Negroes?...

Yours from Free Atlanta...
