Nukes

Its the early 1950's and i have researched all the techs and acquired all the resources to build tact. nukes and icbms + the manhattan project......but when i go to the production window of my cities, the option of building nukes doesn't appear.

Id APPRECIATE it if anyone can plz give me any advice or info

Do you have a source of uranium ? You need uranium to build any of those.

In order to build the Manhattan Project you need uranium, so if he has it he has uranium. Did you build it? Or did the AI?
