I'd say you were in the ballpark given the animation suggests we only saw as little as a third of the scroll length.

But I'm betting it will be more in the 90s.

I understand also that Civ V focuses more on the games going into later eras than Civ IV did, and has more future tech.

I measured the length of the bar: 24 cm.
What is seen part of the bar is 5 cm.
Number of techs on what is seen: 22

Right, I'm guessing total number of techs similar, but much more concentration on modern and future, and much less on past. [Only 5 classical era techs?]
