how about unless something is done anyone can use anyone elses idea and call it the same thing at the momanet they can but if we make it a rule that to stop this it has to be copyrighted it would be better and i havnt explained that very well but i thiink you get the idea

it is common courtesy not to take someone else's ideas, that is why I do not see the reason for copyrights.
