Odd AI behaviour with corporations

Not so much a bug as a glaring flaw in the AI. They will frequently replace an existing corporation in one of their cities with a competing one, only to replace it with the original one again a couple of turns later. I've seen AI's do this for virtually the entire industrial and modern ages, even when they don't even own the HQ's of either corporation.

While not a exactly a bug, the amount of production the AI must be wasting on all the execs must be huge.
