I'm one of the unfortunates getting the "skippy sound" and choppy scrolling, and I happened to notice the following messages in my running left-hand-side autolog thingie...
One is definitely "sound related"... Makes me wonder if the others are as well... Damn strange, is all...
I also get the corrupted "globe zoom" graphics, but that seems to be a conflict with the newest Nvidia drivers... Y'know, the ones we're supposed to be upgrading to... Sigh....
Any ideas? I'd love to get this thing smoothed out... The game is quite good, so far, but this annoying nickel-and-dime stuff is really... well... annoying...
P.S.: I've seen some of the guys stating their FPS rate in the game... Is there a way to switch this one (like a console command in Quake or IL-2, for example)? I'm curious to know...
