Oil?

Just wondering will oil as a resource like material will be added. As it would be ideal to help balance armored units as well as diverting troops to protect regions like the middle east and Caucasus.

it was planned at start, I'm not sure it's still needed today, the cost in material already balance the armored units.

And each layer of new mechanism may penalize the AI.
