One City Challenge modding question.

Before Beyond the Sword, in One City Challenge mode you could build all National Wonders in the one city. This was changed and I was wondering where I might find the file I can alter this. I only have very basic programming knowledge but I can most likely figure it out, but it'd take me a long time to find out where I need to be editing. Does anyone know where I might be able to find this?

If any current mods already do this that is fine too, I only browsed a few of the forums and didn't look everywhere.

Set MAX_NATIONAL_WONDERS_PER_CITY_FOR_OCC in GlobalDefines to -1.
