Hmmm. Just played two OCC games this week, both on noble. First game, I won rather easily, cranking great prophets early. I did war with 2 diff civs at two diff times, but mostly used spys while defending my boarders with stacks of troops. I had accrued a ton of cash, so the sabotage took out almost every improvement one civ had, while severely nerfing India's cities to keep them back on the Spaceship building. I didn't war until I had cossack, and quickly got the yard (playing Peter). With enough money, spies seem too good against noble AI, as they seem to rarely catch them, and don;t seem to catch on to what is going on. I easily got to the ship while India and Japan, the two close rivals, were still fabricating casings and thrusters.
Game two, with Louis, having a much harder time, with Persia warring almost immediately. I randomed, which was probably a bad idea on OCC... I have gotten every wonder while holding off the onslaught, as, once again, I have great prophet cranking. Still, my location is slightly sub-optimal, so I have a feeling this game won't favor 'ol Louis...
So, first game, I was thinking it was a tad too easy on noble, but alas....
