One quick question , please answer

I put together a great new civilization with the help of the XML Spy my only problem right now is getting the graphics to work. Im stuck on the flags I have edited both the flag dds and the other civ flag , I also edited Atlas file and the text for all data. Now my problem is when I start the game in the civilopedia the flag is purple (like its not picking up the art) and if I start the game the flag is plain red. Has anybody else ran into this problem. Could it be something stupid like the picture is not the right size , or it doesnt fit into borders ? any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

As far as I know, it's a problem of "alpha channel". I work on photoshop and for the moment the only solution I have found is to modify an existing file...
If you want to add new flags try the Bad ronald's pack..And change the flags like you want...
