In light of recent developments and extreme naval traffic in the DMZ East OCean, we need to make best use of the invasion force without risking it.
OPERATION WESTWIND
11 Galleys with 12 land units will attack the Brazucan naval defense line, preferably letting CGN lead the way. Since we need a combined expendable group and a mobile conquering group, I suggest the following force composition:
Veteran Swordsman
2 Veteran Javelin Throwers (replace one with Pikeman if it is not there)
Veteran 8 Ancient Cavalry (replace with 2 pikes or MDI if we do not have 8 new).
These 12 units will be dedicated to attack the cities of Recife and Fortaleza, and conquer them and hold them, then raze and evacuate by sea.
Of the original 20 units, we are now down to 18, having built East Point and added a Pikeman for defense. 2 Ancient Cavalry were severely damaged in the Slavery Battle, now we are down to 16. We should march 4 MDIs through the Jungles and Marshlands in order to add up as a back up reinforcement force to the fleet or to attract C3B attention. This leaves a Marine Force of 12. We should make sure we win the naval battle, and possibly add last minute reinforcements from the beaches. We should be able to take Recife and Fortaleza with all their forces concentrated in the SW.
we cannot let fear of Golden Age curtail or operational mobility, then we can as well wait till they attack us.
We will win the naval battle with 11 to 4 ships, and we should use this battle to dominate the East Coast with landings and 2 city conquests.
