Reading the earlier posts, I think you (dogboy) or Rcoutme has the solution. Though I think is a pitty Obli. dont show off to finishing the game. Due to my nation be too weak (spain) i was not being so active in warfare perspective, but I think this game is fun.

I just remembered I started this game. Can someone send me the current turn and I will try my password and see if it works. But I also might have put in Rcoutme's password since this is his game. If my password does work, I will send it to the Italian player so he can play Germany. We can't let this game stop!

Actually if you pay attention to the flow of postings you will notice that I typed a message before anybody (other than LL) knew he received and played the game. But let's not argue over that.

It appears that the peace process failed (read: game was on hold). The English used this time of quiet to prepare for attacks all around the world.

Germany:
Captured Vaasa and killed the rifleman inside.
Captured Jyvasklya
Bombed Kiel
Bombed the roads all around Szczecin
Bombed Cherbourg and the roads around it.

Italy:
Killed the flak and captured Cagliari.
Sank one cruiser and bombed the other ships nearby.
Bombed Southern Italy again.

The Russian winter has hit full force. The German forces were woefully unprepared for the Arctic blasts coming down off the steppes. In a bold move, Comrade Rcoutme ordered the massive assault on the forces near and around Brestlitovsk and Warsaw.

The first phase consisted of an infantry unit occupying the city (which was empty). The next phase saw massive bombing of the two armies and elite panzer unit west of the city. The Luftwaffe could field only one squadron of interceptors who knocked down one bomber wing, although taking damage itself. The remaining Soviet bombers pounded the two armies and panzer division to 1 hp each. Then the KV tanks (regulars) rolled in attacking the heavy Tank army and destroying it. Some light damage (1 hp) was taken by the KV tanks but they were all given medals for eliminating such a hazardous monster on our borders (promoted to veteran). The infantry were called upon to wipe out the Panzer army, taking no damage in the process. Then one more infantry unit finished off the elite panzer, taking 2hp of damage but getting promoted to Veteran status.

In other fronts...two German work crews were captured and shot near Cluj by loyal Partisans. Oulu was captured by Partisans as well (it was undefended). Finally, one more Partisan (i.e. Resistance Guerillas, btw) captured and destroyed an artillery battery near Konigsberg.

Oh man ! I should really have practiced the scenario by myself before.

I got a mess in Germany and I am not doing much better (losing these armies to partisans while I thought I was safe !).

And sorry for the delay. This save takes a while to play and my monitor is getting weird and stopping by itself recently. So it proved hard to be bale to finish the turn...

Anyway since I attacked both USSR and England :

USSR :
fighter down trying to defend Lvov
guerrila near Königsberg
1 guerrila + 2 tanks near Cluj (lost 1 panzer).

England : bombarded in Denmark and sunk CA Coventry north of Danzig.


Guess I won't last very long...

The English conducted their normal bombing of the German lands of Kiel and Cherbourg. We also bombed some land around Berlin. One bomber was lost over Germany.

The English conducted their normal bombing of the Italian southern part. We did lose a bomber during this operation though.

Destroyed Panzer division in Bordeaux. Lost one spanish Tank division.
Bordeaux conquered.

Belgrado, conquered by an conquistador, just in the center of germany empire!!! Well at least at the moment Belgrado is Spanish Ole.

Started the Siege to Montpelier!
