Its the Will of the People alright, but it doesn't apply here because the matter is one you need a direct poll on. I wouldn't complain if that was a trade, but this is a war. You can't list a bunch of countries at any old time and then when anything besides "none" wins the poll declare war. War is serious. It needs planning and it needs real approval. It needs a strait poll. Right now it has neither. My Domo-Kun can only defend my castle for so long.
