Option menu incomplete

I think the title and the screens say it all.

The first menu has all options, the second is missing one and the third and forth are empty.

No mod, freshly installed. I'll try reinstalling.

Could reinstalling Civ4 vanilla and warlords help?

I threw of Civ4 completly (vanilla, warlords and BTS) then reinstalled vanilla and patched it using the autoupdate feature to 1.74 (I think that's the version) then I installed BTS, skipping Warlords. The problem still remains.

Please help.

Were are the settings stored so that I can still change them that way?

Download the Patch 3.02 for BtS from the Firaxis homepage and install it manually. (i.e. without using the update-Button from the game)

Thanks that did the trick.

The city screen of Final Frontier was also incomplete before the path.
