Grants "100% diplomatic favor per turn for starting as the Suzerain of a City-State".

Is this 100% on your total diplomatic favor or 100% on city state diplomatic favor?

I.e. I'm the suzerain of 2 city-states (+2 DF) and I also have a Foreign Ministry (+3 DF)

Does Orszaghaz bump me up to:

6 = 2*2+3

or

10 = (2+3)*2

I think the wording of the benefit is pretty confusing. For the longest time, I thought it would give you +100% on your DF as long as you were the Suzerain of at least one city state!

Doubles the diplomatic favour you get from being Suzerain of city-states. A very powerful (and considering modern Hungary, ironic) wonder.

Sadly I'm not sure that Országház is quite the powerhouse it used to be, owing to the changes made to Monarchy: with the Limes policy card, the 900 production needed for Országház can get you 3 Renaissance walls, equalling 6 Diplomatic favour total, or 3 suzerained city-states with Országház. For only 300 production (not taking into account other modifiers such as the World Congress boost to city-centre building production or Valletta) you gain 2 more Diplomatic favour. With Pagodas and Renaissance walls, you can very easily earn an avalanche of favour per turn that far outstrips what Országház and suzerainty can get you.

If you are the suzerain of only 3 CSes, then you are doing it wrong. Also the investment into walls, religion, etc is not cheap.

Normally I'd agree, but city-states can be taken from you through force or coercion, while walls have to be taken down the hard way - and three sets of Renaissance walls is only the same price as the wonder itself, you can of course build more, and you should have a full set of them by the time you can build it, even, since walls really are cheap these days. The amount of Diplomatic favour you can get from walls alone is, frankly, disgusting and should have been retouched, especially in a game that already rewards building many cities.

And Matthias Corvinus, who can just buy envoys. And by buy I mean, get them for free after you sell on your excess luxuries and strategics that you get from being suzerain.
