Sure you can have them, and thanks! You'll probably be surprised how simple they are.

There's 3 different types of hands I made, HandOR/HandOL (Open), HandCR/HandCL (Closed/Fist) and HandGR/HandLR ("Grab", like when grabbing a ledge, you'll see).

Hehe, "I like your hands." That sounded kinda funny the first time I read that. Yay! A moblin! I've been wanting one forever. Now, if Chris ever sends me the biq back, we might actually have a scenario, ;).

Suffice to say, he doesn't have a head yet, cause I haven't the foggiest idea how to make it in POV Ray. I'll prove it can mimic 3DS Max yet!:crazyeye:

The head's still not done (currently he's 'hockey-player' Moblin:hammer2:), but that was the hard part. As mentioned above, I can't fathom a way to make this jaw flop about like it does in Windwaker, but at least I can still model it!:D
 
It looks fantastic, Orthanc. As Stormy said, these units will definitely make the Zelda mod great.:goodjob:
 
Well actually they have this thing where they sniff the ground, trying to catch Link's scent, so I was thinking of using that for Fidget.

maybe the default can have a bit of drool sort of going up and down a bit in time with his breathing?
 
Maybe Quinzy, I'll definately consider that. Wouldn't be too hard, just a partially transparent, white (with a hint of blue) sphere sweep would do it (there's another fun detail suggestion for you to aaglo!:D )

Meanwhile, while I'm working on the spear, which part/s do you think should be civ-colored? The fabric around the spear is definately going to be, but other possibilities along with that are:
-Pants
-Armour (arm plates and helmet, but not the gold rims)
-Gold Necklace bits

Alrighty, I'll get to turning that armour red, then it's animating time! (right after I buy some groceries, so, hungry...)
 
:lol: Yeah, it's REAL effective at balancing that ginourmous head and upper torso.

Anywho, the lantern these guys sometimes hold is going to be in the civilopedia pics (which I'll withold until the final release;) ), but should it also be in the animations?
