Which should be very cool! Well I got that sail up, but raising it raised this question also. Should the boat hull or the symbol on the sail be civ coloured?

I think the symbol should be civ-colored.

Got the cannon made also, (that thingy off to the side) the way it works is the fortify will have the sail fold up and the cannon pop out to replace it. The fidget will have the Grappling Arm (which I'm just about to start on), uhm, fidget.

Link's clothes are now blue, cause blue's gonna have to be our default civ-colour:

It holds it up, so it's not a hover cannon:D
 
Ignore that, I had it there just to show what it looked like. See the sail pops down into the hull, then the cannon pops up to replace it (as shown in the last preview)
 
Cell shading is gross. :P That unit is okay though.. won't be using it however.

Modelling's done! Now I know in-game the neck can twist about and stuff, but I tried two totally different methods and just couldn't make it work, so the neck doesn't twist about, but the head has full rotation on it's own, the jaw and eyes move too, and the neck at least looks good IMHO.

So here's what we got going into animations:
