Is he the leader of Al-Queda now (I think I heard of a leader of Al-Queda being captured, but not Laden, but he might be now), and ect...

He's also still leader of al-Qaeda, though al-Qaeda has mostly returned to the decentralized state it existed in pre-2000s in response to the US invasion of Afghanistan (again, given the return of the Taliban, this may be changing).
