I'd like to inform you that I'm moving to Japan in September and stay there for a long time (at least 3 years). This time I haven't been exiled (like to the unimportant lands of Elba ), it's my own choice.

This means that I'll have much less free time from that date. But no worries, I'll buy Civ5 anyway and I'll do my best to be active in the modding community.

My level is lower intermediate, but still quite decent for being self-taught.
FYI I've never been an otaku/wapanese or anything like that. I have zero interest in manga, anime or martial arts.
