Marcher Jovian's experience with Blue Lip Choke meant that soon the team agreed he should head east to St. Petersburg, where the latest developments were occurring. He finished up his work in London, helping get doctors and local directors back to semi-normal, and he soon arrived in St. Petersburg. With this much work ahead of him, it did not look like he would get much sleep in the next few weeks...

Despite having the expertise of Marcher Jovian, doctors in London were not able to prevent more cases of Blue Lip Choke from popping up. A permanent cure is still needed. [London receives one blue cube.]

Yellow Fever is becoming rampant in the city of Lagos. Nigerian government officials fear an outbreak could occur if medicinal supplies do not come to the region soon. [Lagos receives one yellow cube.]

One more thing - there's a total of 8 events in the deck, and you've gotten one. So seven more are in there.

The original game does *not* come with eight but the expansion includes more and tells you to include them even when playing just the base game. It's two per player. So you all have some more events coming eventually.

Synsensa had always been a traveler, and the current pandemic of four diseases meant he was on the move constantly. He haggled with a certain... ahem... trader for a cheap plane ticket in Hong Kong, and arrived in Cairo in no time. Because he had a decent sense of humor, he established a research station right beside the Pyramids. Then he took a scenic drive along the Mediterranean to Algiers, Algeria, where he found many Black Death patients. Thankfully, the population was pretty resilient, so he didn't expect an outbreak there unless things got worse in the region.

[Synsensa has discarded his Mexico City card. A Research Station has been established in Cairo. Synsensa is now in Algiers.]

Remember you can move them later by "building" a new one so you could save the card when you need to shuttle flight someone quickly, for example. If it's a bad spot, just move it later.
