Partially constructed district dissapear after capture?

If you attack at city that looks like it has a district (Commercial Hub) under construction, and you capture and keep that city, does the partially built district disappear? So, if you wanted to have that district, you'd have to start over from scratch?

yup, the district being constructed will disappear upon capture, just like wonders.
