I remember encountering something like this on a different game but i'm not sure how to fix this:
I just started playing Civ 4 again recently and installed patch 3.19. But now when I start up the game the screen is extremely stretched and disoriented, the right half of the screen is inaccessible so the game is unplayable. I've tinkered with the screen resolution on Civ with no luck, what can I do to fix this? I'm probably missing something simple here...
