Patch 3.19

Hey
Earlier on today, I downloaded the latest patch via the in-game patch update option.
It then said I had to close the game and install the patch. However I can't find the patch so can't install it
Can someone tell me where it is located and how to install it? I am on Windows 7 if that helps

The ingame update does not work for 3.19.

Download it fresh from here, save the file then as you have W7 to run the patch right-click on the .exe and choose run as administrator.
