Patch installation?

So, I have yet to install ANY of the patches. For one, usually, when I've installed a patch for a game, I generally get more undesirable effects than desired. So I've been holding off.


However, I guess I probably should (sigh). So, my question is this, do I need to install all previous patches first, or can I simply jump to the most recent?

You will only have to apply the NEW patch.
