It seems like this game hasn't gotten a dedicated thread; something I think it deserves.

I myself play it somewhat intensely periodically, and this is one of the periods I invest a lot of time into it.

It's a lot of fun, a lot like Diablo II, yet darker and grimier (in my opinion) and honestly superior as well.

The game is free to play and all purchases are cosmetic or stash increases (and you begin with 4 chest grids per character to begin with).

If anyone wants to play, PM me. Otherwise, this thread is for general discussion of the game.

Love this game, taking a short break from it (Damn you XCom Long War, Titanfall, Planetside 2, work, etc...) Started out with a Duelist 79? and 2 shadows 73 and 50(new league with that expansion that dropped).

I love the way they do microtransactions for inventory, pets, and visuals. Not paid to win. I only wish is they keep on working their servers because I really want to do a hardcore character.

If you have a itch for Diablo 2, try this. Yes big skill tree and alchemy econ but its so worth it and building crazy builds is really fun. Devs do a great job of updating the game. AND ITS FREE! wats to hate?

Got a 50 dollar credit for PoE from a video card I just bought, so I downloaded the game.

I had played it briefly a while back and kinda lost interest... but man, I'm hooked now. Really enjoying it, and I can see why lots of people say it's the "D3 we wanted." I obviously didn't love it initialy, but it has really gotten progressively better with time.

I tried it for a bit, and was quite bored. All the classes are the same, there is little diversity in playstyles, nothing unique about them. All the spells are quite boring too, and you can get almost all of them right from the start, having nothing to look forward to.

Honestly, Diablo2 is still my favorite diablo-style game to this day. Second would be Titan's Quest. Nothing else came close.
