Let's see, last mention in this thread you sent it to Toasty. I don't have it yet so it is currently with either Toasty or Sween

It has inspired me to try and program a version of Civ III PBEM that, once you finish a turn, emails itself to the next player, starts their computer, starts the game up, and won't let the player access their computer till they finish their turn.

This has to be the world record for pages per turn played of a PBEM.
