Hmmm....well, baggy trousers were the trademark of the Persians, while the Greeks would laugh at any man in trousers instead of a decent skirt....odd how times have chaged isn't it :D
(NOT anecdotal I hasten to add!).

Soooo, adding baggy trousers, changing the saddlecloth from civ colour blue to brown in order to make those trousers stand out a bit, and lastly giving him Persian style headgear:-

Looks great.

I always thought the Pants reminded me of clown pants, but I guess it was Persia.

Wow...You missed this thing for over 2 months! Man! Well, if you wanna jump in, we're on the topic of wonders, unoits, and where the heck Xen is!

Glad to hear more people are anticipating this scen!:D

Soooo...Now that we know what wonders, and I don't know how the map is going, how's about techs? I'll dig up a tech list we made a while back. Suggestions are both wanted and welcome!:D

Before I post the offered techs, here's a preview of the map...Unless Xen comes back...:undecide:

The map itself looks great, but I can't see a huge amount of detail on a mini-map. Looks like a pretty big map too (which I like, assuming it gets filled)

How about making Athens Green (The Green used by Greece in the main game) and Persia the light blue (Turquoise?) used by them in the main game (just an idea).

Also, maybe you should list which color is which (so I can bug you with the trivial detail of civ colors :D)

Oh, here's a map of Etruscan, Roman, and Greek cities on Italy (along with non-allied regions that would just have to be dealt with). To fill out the Western Part of the map. The only problem I can see is that map is 50 years later than the Punic Wars (But it was the earliest map I found with Roman, Etruscan, and Greek cities).

Yah...Tis a prob...:(

I've got to question the wisdom of including Rome in the scenario. Is this scenario about the Peloponnesian War? Rome is mentioned by neither Thucydides nor Xenophon. It has no strategic role. Including is just wasting the attention of the slow C3C AI.

Can I ask, how would you win this scenario?

Or, when I get C3C, (Christmas:santa: ), then I can put certain civs like that into a "neutral" alliance... But this scen will also give you the ability to alter history, like Cyrene having plans to expand into mainland greece, or Athens having plans to expand into Italy.:D
