This DLC was just released on Steam for $10. I'm waiting for some people to review it before I buy it.

I'm waiting too. Funds are tight at the minute and I can't really afford to be spending money on daft DLC. I'm not too hopeful - only 3 factions, two of which we've played to death in both Empire and Napoleon and I'm not really seeing a good selection of new features. The scale seems a bit off also - a Total War theatre needs to be larger than Spain.
