Permanent Alliances /Vassal Small Bug

Ok, I've recently entered into a PA with Cyrus, and Japan have been my vassal for centuries, yet on the screenshot below, you can see that Cyrus is listed as his master (ok no real worries there as technically we are really both his masters)

But the bug is that I still have a -1 (we are worried about your vassals becoming rivals etc") with Cyrus, when its actually his vassal too!

Small but incorrect as I said.

Has happened to me as well. Once the permanent alliance is signed, the modifiers for having vassals should go away.
