Meet Cyrus, a tribe leader in the lands known as Persia. Persepolis, the capital, was a coastal city, and was right next to a mountainous region. He was your ordinary tribe leader, except with a weird beard. His diplomacy was short, simple, and to the point; for example, a legend once goes as thus:

Jeff: Well, that's great. Want to dine on some odd colored fish?
Cyrus: That would be cool, and also, would you like to join my city?
Jeff: Haha, no.
They say that Cyrus discovered that day that odd colored fish could serve as not only questionable dining, but also as a flaming projectiles!
