Personal HOF score with GOTM

Hello everyone, I know I have seen this mentioned before, but do you think I can find it know that I am looking for it?

What I would like some clarification on is the reason why the GOTM score does not appear in my personal HOF in the game. I think I read something like custom made maps, of which GOTM maps would be a part I am assuming, do not appear in one's personal HOF. What can I do to change this? Can I some how have my GOTM and other downloaded game appear on my personal HOF.

I don't currently have any HOF entries because I haven't played a standard game to completion since I last reinstlled Civ3. However, I seem to recall that they appeared in a text file, presumably called something recognisable and probably in the Text folder in your Civ3 installation.

If I am right then you should be able to edit in your GOTM entry manually. I think I've even seen some information around here somewhere giving the format of the entries

Open up the HighScores.cv3 file and add a line like this:

Brennus 25 2866 3 4 1

[u]Name      Civ(Color)  Score  Difficulty  VictoryType   Victory/Loss[/u]
Brennus       25       2866       3            4             1

Color: 0-31, matches up to the way they are listed in the editor.
Difficulty: 0-5 Chieftain-Deity
VictoryType: Domination(0), Conquest(1), Cultural(2), Diplomatic(3), Spacerace(4), Retired(5), Histograph(6)
Victory: 1 Loss: 0
