I am new to modding and decided to take up making a Philippines Civilization to the game. I still have to put in art for the civ and fix the icon for the civ (too big).

Can you be more specific when you say "It doesn't load right"? Does the game crash or lock up when you try to load the mod? Is the civ not selectable from the list when you try to start a game? How about when you try to do an advanced start (in my experience, a civ that may not be selectable normally may be from the advanced start)?

I fixed it and it should work fine now.
