Does the war status box come with Napoleon's Amibition?

yeah that menu comes with NA.... its handy since you can tell how the wars going much easier

I normally wouldn't see much value to add a governor to a place like Australia, it would be a very boring place to command

however if someone wants to take command over the continent feel free

What about Governor of East Asia? That could cover Australia, Indonesia, and China/Japan for now.
