Pillaged tile not quite evident

I've noticed that most of the time, I don't even see when a tile is broken and needs repair. I would like to have a little puff of black smokes coming out of broken tiles.

true, it's annoying to see a broken trade route and have to track where the links missing when you have a huge empire.
