Hi all, I am sorry to make a new topic so soon but I can not find the answer to this in the wiki, the pedia or on the search ! Again I am from Paris so if it is not possible to understand please say 
. The only things I have found about Pillar of Chains is what loki says it does and two people in the FAQ thread asking what it is without answer.
I built this wonder as Calabim because I am enjoying the roleplay but I cannot figure out what negating civic anger is? I am not observing many civics that create the anger in cities... or does it speak of when the cities are angry? I have much anger in one city but the wonder seems to have no effect on it? Or does it only work in the city it is built? Is it good to have the anger when I have the pillar? I am thinking it makes hammers but how does it negate the anger? My angry citizens seem still not to work the tiles ! =/
