Plain BTS GEM With start positions set

I've trawled these forums looking for the following scenario/map but I don't think anyone has done it...

Needs the following properties:
*Plain (un-modded) GEM map
*Needs to be Beyond The Sword compatible
*Either resource positioning but preferably ancient
*Fixed starting positions (I would like to play as Incans starting where they're supposed to start).
*Customizable quantities of Civs

If anyone has made this map for themselves and has uploaded it anywhere I'd be very grateful.

Howdy folks,

As you can see I posted this topic almost 3 years ago!

Basically I'm after a plain (un-modded) GEM for BTS 3.19 with the correct starting positions and preferably more than 18 civs.

I'm wondering whether any enterprising person has made the map as described for themselves?

it does not work as un-moded version
it does work as moded version, although throws multiple errors when loading
