Planes on intercept don't work at reloading game

when I put on each city 5planes on interception. I save the Game. Shutdown computer. Restart computer, restart game. the planes are not longer on interception. At least the grahics don't show me. I can't cancel their current job status, but I can relocate them to a other city. In that city i put them on interception again, et voila, now the graphics work for that particular plane, so i have to do that for ALL the planes manually. Maybe they are on load still on interception, but in game the graphics show them circling around my cities, but after loading, it doesn't show me anything, first after I relocate and re-intercept them they are shown circling around my cities again.
