man, I was gonna post that too! I found it while crusing the Civ directory for pics to edit. If you click on it for properties on my computer it has been around since October/November when I installed the game. So they must have already planned this.

 

[Paradõsis]

I think in an interview a few weeks back, when asked about the "Game of the Week," it was said that there are no plans for a league/competition such as GOTM, and the guy basically didn't know anything about it (or claimed not to know anything about it). I guess I don't see any reason to doubt him, I mean, if you were trying to keep it a secret, why would you include that kind of file and then LATER pretend to not know anything about it. Seems like it's not of importance.
