We could use a lot more workers to join to slower growing towns, even in the core - especially after hospitals! :old:
I estimate at least 50-80 workers we could join to our core towns!
And another 50 workers to our other towns. Every worker in the core gives us 4bpt on average. The other towns will get a benefit of 2bpt per worker I'd guess. That's an increase of 300bpt in 20-30 turns.
Let's discuss that in the preturn or strategic threats.
