Yes, we do need them, but I'm just putting up a skeleton tech tree first. We have the basics only, I'm getting the icons (soon).

Spacer One already made some terrain graphics. What we need now is a list of improvements (an actual list, rather than ideas here and there), and their graphics.
 
Well, not really. Just get ideas.

Here is the list so far:

Capital Fortress (palace)
Barracks
Harbor
Airport
Walls
Fortress walls (civil defense like thing)
Entrenched Artillery (another upgrade to civil defense, and sort of combines the coastal fortress)
Pokemon cards (happiness and wealth improvement that goes obsolete at 5th grade)
Text books (library)
Comic books (temple)
Trading post (market)
Library card (university)
Special Access to School Library (puts a university in every city you own, GW)
<insert something to do with cartoons here> (cathedral)
N64 (SM, increases happiness in all of your cities)
Aqueduct
Hospital
Speech Podium (courthouse)
The Art of War (Sun Zu's, avalible with tactics)
Banks
Summer School (increases science, but causes unhappiness)
Economic Control (puts a bank in every city you own, and pays for trade buildings, GW)
Factory
Yu-Gi-Oh Cards (same as pokemon, just less of an effect, obsolete in 7th grade)
CD Players (avalible with music addiction, basically an upgrade to a cathedral)
Combined Forces (UN)
Steps to Graduation (Apollo Program)
1st Grade Recruitment Center (Senso unique improvement, available at the beginning, spawns an older kid every so and so turns. Goes obsolete at 3nd Grade)
3rd Grade Recruitment Center (Senso unique improvement, available at 3rd grade, spawns an older kid every so and so turns. Goes obsolete at 6th Grade)
6th Grade Recruitment Center (Senso unique improvement, available at 6th grade, spawns an older kid every so and so turns. Goes obsolete at 8th Grade)
Intelligence Agency
QUEST (or whatever Omega had back then, GW, doubles science in the city it's built)


Note: These are kid only improvements, we'll think of teacher improvements later.

Sure. I'm currently more concerned on getting the tech tree done though.

I can make the tech icons (thanks to Odin's guide).
 
Isn't Prodject Arrow your advanced classes people in elementary? At least, that's what it is here.

No, we don't have advanced classes for elementary school here..... We do have QUEST, which is a gifted and talented class, so that might work....
 
Ok, QUEST it is. (That's basically what I ment with the advanced classes, basically the smartest kids in my elementary school go to P.A.)
 
I dont know why the silly stuff interests me, but I made you guys a pokeball, but it needs to be c&p for it to be used...is it a wonder or improvement?...I can whip out a splash, and properly sized pcx.s...
 
It's both an improvement and resource. Still haven't decided on stats though.

Will seriously work on it on the weekend. I have a mock trial to work on in AP Euro.
