Playing as unplayable factions

Has anybody played as an unplayable faction? In RTW, I played as Armenia for a while until I got bored (I controlled all of the middle east and part of Greece) and currently playing as the Burgunidians.

Macedon is a great nation to play, really fun and has potential for conquering the whole world.

How culd 1 go about playing as these unplayable nations?

Change the descr_state file

Or download a mod. A lot fo those nations are playable in mods. I recommend DarthMod personally but there are quite a few.

Right now, I'm playing as Numidia.

Believe it or not, I'm taking Egypt by utter storm.
