I've been working for a time on a scenario, depicting the historical conflicts of Israel. It is to consist of four (or five) different scenarios: The Israeli War of Independence (1948), The Suez Crisis (1956), The Six Days War (1967), The Yom Kippur War (1973), and maybe the invasion of Lebanon (1982).

The first of them (1948) is almost finished (I'm polishing the details and creating the events.txt), and I would like someone to check the gameplay of it (of all sides), the realism (historical context), and also to make general criticism, ideas, and suggestions.

I'm not looking for a wide scenario cooperation, and I only need a couple of playtesters. I've never used playtesters before, and I have never been one, so I don't really know the circumstances. I just mail it to the playtester, he tests it, and gives feedback, while keeping the scenario away from others?

I could also use playtesters for the sequels but they are, as you can understand, a not begun.

ANYONE INTERESTED?

Thanks :goodjob:

I'll mail it to you as soon as I have finished the events.txt file sometime this evening (Danish time, it's 7:35 PM now).

Mmm... it sounds very interesting!!! I´d like to test it.
Please, send it here: academia2002@hotmail.com
From Argentina, I salute you danish insurgent!!

I'll make two small alterings in the events.txt, and then I'll mail it to you!

Academia, why do you salute me?

Have things calmed in Argentina, by the way?

I'll mail it to you, SunTzu, as soon as I have made four small alterings...

Having lived an Israel I feel an affinity to the nation and I have detailed knowledge and resources of its history. I would be glad to test your scenarios.

PS

I could use new playtesters for the next scenario, The Suez Crisis of 1956.

i would like to playtest your scenarios!
I have only playtested once before but it went ok.

Israeli independens war.
The Exodus 1947 scenario by Alexandre Ostrowiecki (Nani)
is in my head the best. But it isent mutch better then yours.

So you can count me in agin.

It's april 17th folks.

For those who don't know today is the 54th Independence Day for the State of Israel.

So I would like to fish all my fellow Jewish, Israelite and Israel supporters a happy independence day.

Voltar, I honestly thought that was May 14th...

I went to CIA's World Fact Book and found this explanation:

Independence Day, 14 May (1948); note - Israel declared independence on 14 May 1948, but the Jewish calendar is lunar and the holiday may occur in April or May
